Dip Coating for Window Production

Wood preservation against blue stain, fungus and bacteria attack

This machine is greatly qualified for pre-treatment of windows, sunrooms or front and back doors of wood.

All manufactured single parts are going to be completely primed by the REU-dip coating.
The bonding and the varnish are following later.

All drillings, slots, mortise and tenon, dowels and profiles are pre-treated
before subsequent processing.

The machinery is going to be loaded with the single parts in the lengths of 250 to 4.500 mm.

Profiles in the thickness of 20 to 120 mm and up to 250 mm wide are going to be processed.
